Dr. Laurie Loeffler DPT, CSCS
Dr. Laurie is a life-long athlete that graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno in 2009. While in college she competed on scholarship in Division I Track and Field as a sprinter and received her commission as a U.S. Army officer. Dr. Laurie served on active duty for 5 years in the Military Police Corps with duty stations in Missouri and Germany, and one tour in Afghanistan. During her service she obtained her Master’s in Sports and Health Science.
Dr. Laurie received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 from the University of Miami where she was afforded the opportunity to work with Division I and professional athletes. Additionally, she has been a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2018. Dr. Laurie continues to serve our country as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Dr. Laurie strives to maximize her athleticism by training daily in CrossFit. When not in the gym she is either skydiving or mountain biking. As an active individual herself, Dr. Laurie finds joy and takes pride in helping others reduce their pain, maintain wellness, and continue to participate in the activities they love.
Her favorite quote, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit,” speaks volumes about her work ethic and approach to therapy.
